We write to confirm we have received satisfactory references on you with regard to your proposed tenancy of the above property, subject to contract. The term is for 12 months at a rent of £950 per calendar month, subject to contract. Contracts will be drawn up for your occupation on the 9^th December 2009.

Please be advised, that on or before the commencement of the tenancy, you will be required to pay the first months rent in advance in the sum of £950 together with a six week deposit of £1515 totalling £2265.

The above amount should be paid in cleared funds, i.e. bankers draft made payable to Estate Agents, or transferring direct into our account quoting the first line of the property address as the reference, we will not accept cash under any circumstances. These monies must be paid into our account five working days before the commencement of the tenancy,

If not already received, you should bring with you photographic identification, i.e. your passport or driving licence, together with proof of residency at your current addresses, i.e. utility bill, mobile phone bill or driving licence. Please note we will be unable to release the keys to you unless we have these documents.
